Genius 5-axis vise
Thanks to its telescopic spindle system, GENIUS covers a clamping range of up to 200 mm from a single setup.

Clamping forces
The clamping forces, even up to 40KN, are introduced exactly there, namely at the top, where they are most effective.

Pull system
Unlike most conventional vise systems, which clamp in compression, the GENIUS system clamps in tension.

Precise
GENIUS is the first 5-axis vise precise enough to be used for finish machining in OP20.

Guiding system
The clamping width adjustment and the guidance of the jaws are not realized by a base lower part, but by round, hardened and ground guide rods. These guide rods can be used to position the pallet very quickly and precisely either in the axis or in the middle of the pallet.
