Genius 5-axis vise
Thanks to a telescopic spindle system, GENIUS can clamp up to 200mm with a single pre-setting (set up).

The clamping forces, even up to 40KN, are introduced exactly there, namely at the top, where they are most effective.

In contrast to most conventional vice clamping systems where the clamping is built up on pressure, the GENIUS system works on tension.

Guiding sytem
The clamping width adjustment and the guidance of the jaws are not realized by a base lower part, but by round, hardened and ground guide rods. These guide rods can be used to position the pallet very quickly and precisely either in the axis or in the middle of the pallet.
