The IMG clamping system has 3 clamping functions in a single system.
The IMG CENTRIC vise converts easily into a fixed jaw vise (SINGLE)
or a double vise (DUO).

Fully encapsulated actuating spindle
IMG vises have a completely protected and encapsulated clamping spindle with a patented telescopic system.
Vises with protected Spindles usually use the slide as protection.

Duo
As a DUO double vise the IMG system has a full compensating mechanism (down to zero), so even two workpieces of different sizes can be clamped at the same time.
• Clamping force up to 55 kN (120 Nm)
• Jaw width 125 and 160mm

SinterGrip jaws
The IMG system in combination with the SinterGrip technology clamps with a clamping force of up to 55 KN.
The patented SinterGrip system guarantees a very high clamping and milling performance.

Extremely large clamping range
The IMG system has an extremely large clamping range in relation to the total length of the system.
