Tombstones
Grid bodies - grid plates - machine pallets - tailor-made products.
Our tombstones run on all horizontal machining centers and in flexible manufacturing systems (FMS, including FASTEMS), so you can load several parts in a single setup.
Every tombstone is available with a 50 mm grid or with T-slots, matched to the pallets of all common machine makes.
Custom tombstones built to your drawing
Beyond the standard range we build custom tombstones to your specification: cube and rectangular towers in special sizes (for example 250x250, 320x320 or 500x500 mm, up to more than 1,000 mm height), hole grid of your choice (40x40, 50x50 mm or per drawing), optionally with T-slots. Materials to match the job: GG30 or GG40 cast iron, stress relieved, with hardened locating bushes and stainless threaded inserts, nitrided C40 steel, or aluminium for weight critical setups, also as a welded steel construction. Delivered as a semi-finished blank for your own machining or ready to use with an inspection report. Send us your drawing or a sketch.
Of course we also manufacture according to yours wishes and requirements, or according to your drawing!

Modular
The modular design of our tombstones allows a high degree of flexibility for a wide variety of elements. Our tombstones are manufactured ready to interface for positioning and fixing for all common machine pallets.
